Learnosity is a multi-region platform, across the US, EU, and Australia, and conforming to all data sovereignty requirements in those jurisdictions. If you need to have data hosted in multiple regions, we're happy to discuss those needs with you for an additional license fee. |
A user is someone you’ve sold a product to that includes access to Learnosity. There are no additional usage or hosting costs.
If notice of non-renewal is not given, at the end of the initial term, the agreements auto-renew for an additional 1 year period. If you don’t want to renew, simply give us 90 days notice in advance of a renewal date.
Only you can answer this, but we’d love to help. We offer a consultation session, where your product owner can sit down with one of our team engineers to discuss your product roadmap and product wishlist. We’ll help you identify the features that would be much easier to build / add to your product using Learnosity. At the end of that, we’ll give you an honest assessment of whether we’d make good partners. If not, we’re happy to point you in the direction of a Learnosity powered product, or just advise you to build this yourself or buy an off the shelf product elsewhere.
Our demos site has a demo of each of our products and relevant features. The whole site is open source, and available on GitHub. You can install it on your localhost in PHP in five minutes – or use the SDK for one of the other programming languages. The demo version has access to demo credentials so you can get going straight away.

Yes. We think it’s important you have pricing in the same currency that you do business in. As such, as far as possible we’ll work to accommodate your preferred currency.

Yes, and per-user fees go down with scale. If you end up with millions of users, you’re going to pay less per-user than if you have say 100,000 users.
