As the co-founder and CEO of Learnosity, Gav is passionate about driving improvements in the field of learning and assessment by making a higher standard of technology available to users globally.

Mark is the co-founder and CSO of Learnosity, where he is responsible for architecting scalable, responsive solutions that continue to set the benchmark for performance in edtech.

Aoife joined Learnosity in 2018, having previously worked at Distilled Media and ESB International where she gained experience operating in multiple jurisdictions. She now heads up Learnosity’s global finance and accounting operations.

Jen specializes in building and upskilling a high-performing, growth-minded team that meets and exceeds targets.

Dok has been working at Learnosity since 2015, initially as VP Strategy and Business Development and currently as Chief Customer Officer. In his previous life, he was a rocket scientist, management consultant, futures trader and startup founder.

Neil joined Learnosity in 2013 and has since been developing and growing its Developer Support, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams. He combines a strong revenue and customer retention focus with deep product and market knowledge.

Joe looks for new ways to foster innovation and increase the quality and productivity of the full development lifecycle.

Kirsteen joined Learnosity in 2014, having previously held positions at NHS Scotland and Sky. As SVP of People & Business Operations, her focus is on maintaining the smooth running of the company’s global business operations.

As the founder of Questionmark, John has contributed to the evolution of assessment software over a 30-year career that has included leading roles in industry bodies such as ATP and IMS Global Learning Consortium.

Sarah brings expertise in developing education technology brands and working with marketing teams to design compelling storytelling campaigns.

Rachel was one of the first Learnosity employees and in true start-up fashion, she has worn many different hats over the years. As SVP of Operations, she is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and implementing internal processes that support the rhythm of the business, help increase company performance, and mitigate risk.
