Learnosity was born from a desire for change.
Back in 2007 our founders Gav and Mark saw that educational technology was treated as an afterthought and left trailing far behind the rapid digital advances in other industries. They believed that because learners owned the future, they deserved not just better technology, but the best.
The drive to make a real difference has taken Learnosity a long way. Having started as a two-man team working from a garden shed in the Irish town of Drogheda, Learnosity has gone on to become one of the world’s top edtech companies, as named by TIME Magazine.
Today Learnosity is the global leader in assessment solutions, but our people are still driven by the same mission.
AI is the next great frontier for assessment—and Learnosity is looking for the brightest minds to help us create a brighter future.
Our teams are full of thinkers, doers, problem-solvers, and innovators. Because we build technology that supports outside-the-box thinking, we embrace diversity – of nationalities, personalities, lifestyles, backgrounds, cultures, and skills – in working toward a single goal: to improve how learners learn.
We’re facilitators, first and foremost. Our technology gives customers the freedom they need to bring their own ideas to life. Our job is to always democratize innovation, never hoard it.
We don’t have all the answers, but we love figuring stuff out. As a growing company with big ambitions, we work hard to ensure employees are contributors rather than spectators. We give everyone the chance to have their say, make their mark, and help shape our story.
We’ve spent over a decade going deeper into the nuts and bolts of assessment than anyone, ever. When we say our teams are industry leaders, we say it with our hands on our hearts.
They say a rising tide lifts all boats. Our tools are being used to build amazing new learning products in edtech. As a result, our work touches the lives of millions of learners the world over.
Our people are at the core of our success and we want everyone at Learnosity to love what they do, believe in why they do it, and feel appreciated for their efforts in making it happen.
That’s why we nurture an employee-centric work environment. From hackathons to post-work brews and board games, from flexible work hours to continuous learning and career mobility—we do all we can to support employee growth while striking a happy work-life balance.
We believe that education and learning opportunities should be equitable, inclusive, and accessible to all. Our mission is to advance education and learning worldwide with best-in-class technology.
Fairness is the bedrock of our business. We’re open, honest, and take full responsibility.
We keep raising the bar by not shying away from tackling the biggest challenges.
Great things happen when everyone pulls in the same direction. We win together by working together.
“When I first joined the company, I remember being struck by how every single person I met emphasized that I could reach out any time if I had questions or needed help. It’s very collaborative and everyone does their best to support each other. As one of our company values puts it, “Success is better shared”!
