This short response demo shows how Feedback Aide can support history instruction at the elementary level. It helps educators assess whether students can express historical facts in their own words and demonstrate basic cause-and-effect reasoning about key events. Response 1, 2 and 3 show varying degrees of mastery, as can be seen by the Feedback generated.
1. Start by choosing a response and then clicking 'Generate Feedback'.
2. Feedback Aide now scores the response: Review both the rubric and the 'Feedback to learner' to see the evaluation and suggestions for improvement.
3. The human grader has final say. Interact with the rubric to adjust scores and edit the feedback to the learner as needed.
