Feedback Aide

Higher Ed Business Strategy & Innovation

This demo shows how Feedback Aide plugs into a real higher-ed use case where the learner is asked to evaluate the impact of innovation strategy as an enabler long-term competitive advantage.

Feedback Aide supports efficient grading while also preserving the depth of individualized response. It helps professors and teaching assistants ensure that all students receive meaningful feedback, while also creating consistency in scoring across classrooms and grading teams. Responses 1 and 2 show varying degrees of mastery, as can be seen by the feedback.

What should I do?
1. Start by clicking 'Generate Feedback' for each response.
2. After these are scored by Feedback Aide, review the 'Summary of feedback' to see the justifications behind the scores.
3. Need to change something? Use Manual Grading to fine-tune the feedback, then click 'Save/Submit scores' when you’re ready.

What is an analytic rubric?
An analytic rubric in educational assessment is a scoring guide that breaks down a student’s performance into multiple distinct criteria, each evaluated separately, with the opportunity for specific feedback.
